What is CSR ? Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a business approach companies follow to make a social impact and focus beyond profits. Its main purpose is to enhance the company’s image, earn customer loyalty and generate more sales. It also benefits society and the environment as businesses work for the collective good. CSR is a concept whereby companies not only to consider their profitability and growth, but also interests of society and the environment by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on the society, environment and communities in which they operate.
